Studying the problems of higher education in Iraqi universities and proposed solutions -Survey study-

Abstract

Educational institutions in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, like any other official institution, suffer from some problems that hinder the educational and research process, which may negatively affect the performance of this institution In order to diagnose these problems in order to propose solutions, the current research aim is to conduct a "comprehensive" survey of these problems. A sample of Iraqi public universities was selected and the components of the educational process were categorized on a scientific basis which included the teacher, student and method. And then organize a questionnaire on the problems that face each of these components . after analyzing the results of this questionnaire, researchers have reached some of the most frequent problems, "and then study it in depth and provide solutions proposed on them.
